Description

The LSM_Reader is provided with the standard installation of ImageJ since v1.36. It's sole role is to extend ImageJ to recognize Zeiss LSM files and to open them correctly. Enhanced features are available in it's daughter project, the LSM_Toolbox, which can be found here. An old manual can be found here.

A small bug has been fixed, occuring when reading linescan files.

Sunday 09. of March 2008 LSM_Reader 4.0c released.

This release includes several bugfixes, support for scantype 2 and limited metadata extraction to the image info panel (Image>Show Info). Its size has also been reduced by from 30kb to 21kb.

LSM_Reader 4.0 has been released. It is provided as a separate plugin here or bundled with the stable version of ImageJ 1.37.
